As opposed to yesterday, rather than having one extra room, we have one less! ...look, you pay for the rooms by day, not by the hour; it's better to have an extra one on Saturday when you can make full use of the space and your payment than it is to have one for 3 hours on Sunday and be paying the full rate. If you need space for one last panel, co-opt the consuite for it.

Also, given how little is going on and how much of what *is* going on is tear-down, it's not really worth it to have Registration open the last day of the con. You can go ahead and delete that column off of your final print schedules if you like..
