The Gathering of the Gargoyles is a convention run by the fans, for the fans, of the Disney animated show (and Slave Labor Graphics comic) "GARGOYLES". The TV show originally aired with sixty-six canon episodes between 1994-1996, and returned as a comic book ten years later written by Greg Weisman, the series' creator. In 1997 a group of fans came together and had the first Gathering in New York. Two years later the convention had doubled in size and started its great prowl around the United States and Canada, as each year a group in a different location would bid to play host. ............For more information, please follow the link to the Convention History page.
February 02, 2007 :: The History page is finished
and up, as are descriptions of all the convention events (except
for the "Big Six") and a downloadable Registration Form
in pdf format. Information on the Hotel and Location has been added
to the site, and the Guest page has also been updated. December 05, 2006 :: The website is now active with work on the forums and remaining pages to commence shortly. This site is, among other things,
a work of parody... if you had not already guessed by the convention
in question being set fifteen years in the future and in a location
that does not exist outside of an animated Cartoon Network show.
